Micro Current = Skin Gym

Last year I started working out with a trainer. Initially it was to strenghten the muscles in my back. I would go in once a week and work out for an hour. After doing this for about 4 weeks I knew I wasn’t going to see any improvement at that pace, so I increased my workouts to twice a week. It took about 6 weeks to start feeling the difference…I was feeling stronger, so I added another day. Strength training 3 days a week has gone a long way for improving my muscle tone and strength as well as improving how my clothes fit. Well I’m guessing about now you’re wondering how micro current relates to working out at the gym?

Micro current uses safe, painless impulses to stimulate the facial muscles much like a dumbell would stimulate the bicep muscle. This type of facial toning “re-educates” the muscles and helps them regain strength. Microcurrent is a low level of electricity that mirrors the body‘s own natural electrical currents, triggering chemical reactions at a cellular level to enhance the production of natural collagen, elastin and provide circulatory benefits.
The result is immediate firming, smoothing, and re-hydration of the skin while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Microcurrent lifts, sculpts and tightens, provides immediate results, and has no downtime.

Just like the other muscles in your body…once a week won’t give you the results you’re looking for. I suggest twice a week for six weeks to ten weeks and then regular maintenance every 4-6 weeks. You can enhance your results by adding an Oxygen Infusion to your treatments.

Be your own type of beautiful,

Nikki
